The CANIK Prime Radian is the result of a collaboration between CANIK — the flagship brand of SYS (Samsun Yurt Savunma, Turkey) — and Radian Weapons, an American specialist recognized for its precision tactical components. The nitrided steel slide houses a Radian RAMJET barrel measuring 97 mm (3.8"), paired with the integrated AFTERBURNER compensator engineered to reduce muzzle rise and accelerate target reacquisition between shots. The complete assembly measures 175 mm (6.9") in overall length and weighs 700 g (24.7 oz) without magazine, placing it firmly in the versatile compact category — equally suited to a competition holster or concealed under a jacket.
The striker-fired architecture delivers consistent trigger characteristics shot after shot, free from the variability introduced by an external hammer. The flat-face trigger with a crisp break and short reset is drawn directly from practical shooting competition standards, enabling reduced split times without compromising safety. The optics-ready slide accepts the most common micro red dots on the market with no additional machining required. Night Fision tritium front and rear sights remain fully operational even without a mounted optic, providing immediate target acquisition under any lighting condition.
